The Director's Chair goal is to help prepare your children spiritually for this thing called life. Pastor Aaron's vision of this youth group is best described by him, 

"The Director's Chair name is referencing that the youth are the director of their own life. It's their choices that they're having to make. However, if they let God be their screenwriter and producer, their lives will be a box office hit. God is the author and finisher of our faith (Heb 12:2), but it's ultimately our decision of how to live our lives. Thus The Director's Chair is born"
